Romans Chapter One verses 18-32

 Human Guilt

18God's anger is revealed from heaven against all the sin and evil of the people whose evil ways prevent the truth from being known. 19God punishes them, because what can be known about God is plain to them, for God himself made it plain. 20 Ever since God created the world, his invisible qualities, both his eternal power and his divine nature, have been clearly seen; they are perceived in the things that God has made. So those people have no excuse at all! 21 They know God, but they do not give him the honor that belongs to him, nor do they thank him. Instead, their thoughts have become complete nonsense, and their empty minds are filled with darkness. 22They say they are wise, but they are fools; 23 instead of worshiping the immortal God, they worship images made to look like mortals or birds or animals or reptiles.

24And so God has given those people over to do the filthy things their hearts desire, and they do shameful things with each other. 25They exchange the truth about God for a lie; they worship and serve what God has created instead of the Creator himself, who is to be praised forever! Amen.

26Because they do this, God has given them over to shameful passions. Even the women pervert the natural use of their sex by unnatural acts. 27In the same way the men give up natural sexual relations with women and burn with passion for each other. Men do shameful things with each other, and as a result they bring upon themselves the punishment they deserve for their wrongdoing.

28Because those people refuse to keep in mind the true knowledge about God, he has given them over to corrupted minds, so that they do the things that they should not do. 29They are filled with all kinds of wickedness, evil, greed, and vice; they are full of jealousy, murder, fighting, deceit, and malice. They gossip 30and speak evil of one another; they are hateful to God, insolent, proud, and boastful; they think of more ways to do evil; they disobey their parents; 31they have no conscience; they do not keep their promises, and they show no kindness or pity for others. 32They know that God's law says that people who live in this way deserve death. Yet, not only do they continue to do these very things, but they even approve of others who do them.

Isaiah Chaper 5, Verse 20

 It will be very bad for people 

who call evil things good. 

And they call good things evil. 

They say, ‘It is light,’ when it is dark. 

And they say, ‘It is dark,’ when it is light. 

They say that bitter things are sweet. 

And they say that sweet things are bitter.

Faith Persevering in Trial

1I waited patiently for the Lord;
And He inclined to me,

11Do not withhold Your tender mercies from me, O Lord;
Let Your lovingkindness and Your truth continually preserve me.
12For innumerable evils have surrounded me;
My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to look up;
They are more than the hairs of my head;
Therefore my heart fails me.

13Be pleased, O Lord, to deliver me;
O Lord, make haste to help me!
14Let them be ashamed and brought to mutual confusion
Who seek to destroy my [a]life;
Let them be driven backward and brought to dishonor
Who wish me evil.
15Let them be confounded because of their shame,
Who say to me, “Aha, aha!”

16Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You;
Let such as love Your salvation say continually,
“The Lord be magnified!”
17But I am poor and needy;
Yet the Lord thinks upon me.
You are my help and my deliverer;
Do not delay, O my God.

Let's Walk the Roman Road Together - The way of Salvation through Jesus Christ our Savior.

Take some quiet time and read through each of these Bible Scriptures asking GOD to help you understand what you are reading. If the Lord has revealed Himself to you (and He will if your heart is open) then simply ask Him to forgive your sins and come into your heart as the Lord and Savior of your soul.

In the Book of Romans Chapter 3 we read:

vs. 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

vs. 10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

vs. 11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

vs. 12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

vs. 13 Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:

vs. 14 Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:

vs. 15 Their feet are swift to shed blood:

vs. 16 Destruction and misery are in their ways:

vs. 17 And the way of peace have they not known:

vs. 18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.

In the Book of Romans Chapter 6 we read:

vs. 23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

In the Book of Romans Chapter 5 we read:

vs. 8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

vs. 1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

In the Book of Romans Chapter 8 we read:

vs. 1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

vs. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

vs. 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In the Book of Romans Chapter 10 we read:

vs.9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

vs.10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

vs.11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

vs.12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

vs.13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
